By using Titan Digitals services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Titan Digital provides TikTok Shop API integration, multi-platform product synchronization, store automation, and analytics services for e-commerce businesses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials, complying with TikTok Shops terms and policies, and ensuring your product listings comply with applicable laws.
Our integration uses the official TikTok Shop Partner API. We access only the data you explicitly authorize through the OAuth 2.0 authorization process. You may revoke access at any time.
Titan Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete all stored data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
